Motivation is what gets us moving and keeps us going, pushing us to chase our goals. It’s the drive and determination that help us power through challenges, whether it’s something personal like weight loss or a big dream like starting a business. The key to success is finding the right balance between internal and external motivation and then creating action with persistence and intensity.
If you’re finding it tough to stay motivated, it’s okay. Just focus on being a little better each day. Even small progress adds up, and before you know it, you’ll have the drive to pick back up after any challenge to reach your goals.
Increasing motivation is an ongoing process, but there are consistent effort and attention strategies you can use. Work on understanding your WHY, setting small, achievable SMART goals, and overcoming procrastination.
