Dr. El Houcine Chougrani is an Associate Professor of International Law and International Relations at the Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech. He is the Director of the Moroccan Observatory for Future Generations (MOROFUGE), a Member of the International Research Center for Crisis Management, and the General Director of the Arab Journal of International Law. His main research areas cover international environmental law, water, climate justice, and the rights of future generations. His professional experience also includes serving as Accountant General at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (2002-2014).
