Nick is a certified coach that was introduced to the profession by Thomas Leonard in 2002 (one of the founders of the coaching revolution) but found his creative approach through studying the psychology of coaching with the University of Cambridge during 2017-2018.   Nick is the founder of “Mind Holidays”, a Creative Coaching Model for career coaching, visual learning, self-awareness and mental wellbeing.

It is also a very effective tool for team building and performance coaching because it takes huge pressure off performance expectations and replaces it with confidence and expression to be fully connected to delivering the gift! Mind Holidays also create virtual Holidays for clients to have guided meditations.

Nick has also created virtual videos taking people on adventures both 121 and in groups including safaris, beach resorts and underwater diving experiences.

His tool is a unique self-awareness tool to unlock happy emotions and really connect to one's surroundings including the innate self, nature and relationships. It is transforming emotional wellbeing to new levels to express new levels of performance from a safe emotional place. It is accredited to be used as a coaching program for continued professional development up to 24 hours.   A range of Coaches train with Nick to be more creative in their coaching approach and Nick has a program for corporates and small businesses for team building and reducing work-related stress.

Nick has a passion also for film and acting and has played minor parts in a number of television dramas and films where he learnt to adapt to different characters and scenes and find his identity in who he was not anything else. Nick enjoys outside adventure and this is why he embraces the unknown and likes surprises. Nick resides in London UK where he has lived for 25 years.
