In his current position as representative for politics, environment and associations, he represents the company at numerous committees, associations, initiatives and organizations. Andrew Mack The British CEO of Munich’s Octopus Energy, Andrew Mack, is an expert on the future of energy, having worked in the industry for almost two decades. Before setting up shop in Germany, he helped take London’s OVO Energy from a startup to the second largest independent energy company in the UK. Marek Miara Marek Miara is a veteran in the field of renewable energies and been employed for twenty years at the Fraunhofer ISE, where he currently serves as the institute’s business developer for heat pumps. He has supervised both national and international projects and is also a member of the Association of German Engineers and the energy division of the German chapter of Scientists for Future.
