We are going to be talking about veteran homelessness today. But we are not going tobe doing it from a theoretical perspective - we are going to be talking to the people who are on the frontlines of this battle - a veteran's homeless shelter, counseling center and vocational training facility - The Warriors Refuge, in West Columbia, TX. We will be talking with a Case Manager, the Executive Director and several others. We will be discussing the tough topics - mental health, chemical dependency and disabilities - topics like PTSD, TBI and Suicide. But then we will turn the focus onto what is being done to fight this battle and what these courageous individuals are doing - each day.
