Lia is an interculturist from Norway, who is well versed in topics around intercultural communication, leadership, psychology, learning and change. In this episode, she does not only share her own experiences, but also some of her thoughts that are actually backed by research.  She also spent quite some time in the Philippines and really understands the culture and speaks the Filipino language fluently.
