Meet Catalina, or as I know her "Cata." She's 24 years old, from Colombia and now lives in Miami. Today, she lives a life of balance but for the first time she's publicly sharing her battle with an eating and exercise disorder during her teenage years. In conversation with Cata, we get into the details of her struggles at night with these disorders and the mental training it took for her to recover. This, is Cata's story.
