At the beginning of the CoVID lockdown, I helped a couple sell their home in Saco, Maine. Because one of the sellers had just come off chemo, and was immunocompromised, we used the ShowngTime and Zoom apps to book and present the home virtually for ALL first showings.
17 showings in two days and not a single buyer stepped foot in the home. From that, we had 8 offers and the sellers chose a few to allow in-person viewing in the following two days.
