Am 17.3. hat Emmanuel Macron den Plan zur Erschaffung eines europäischen Metaverse in Paris vorgestellt, das in eine öffentliche, freie, und unabhängige Infrastruktur münden soll, die europäische Bürger und Rechteinhaber vor Missbrauch schützen soll. Anlass genug für uns, um einige konstruktive Ideen in dieser Richtung zu diskutieren. Welche Fehler sollten beim Design so eines Metaverse vermieden werden, und wie könnten wir sicherstellen, dass Metaverse-Systeme nicht einfach nur dystopische Versionen des heutigen Web werden?
