In this episode we are joined by Jakob Knutzen. Jakob is one of 3 founders and the CEO of Butter - a full workflow for complex collaborative sessions which supports facilitators.
Here's the story of how I connected with Jakob and why I wanted to introduce him to you, too. A few weeks ago, I posted my remote facilitator set up on LinkedIn and I asked for others to share any other of their favorite facilitator hacks or tips and almost instantly I had people tagging Jakob in the comments , asking "have you tried butter?" Hop forward a week, I connect with Jakob and he walks me through the most engaging, thoughtful and attentive space for collaboration I have ever personally experienced. It made me realize, after achieving participant comfort in remote sessions, it's now time shift the focus to the driver's seat, the facilitator. Where maybe, just maybe, we should have begun all along.
Anyhow, I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did and be sure to share you feedback with my on your favourite social media platform.
